Overview

We are looking for Trainee / Associate Software Engineers to join a UK based Specialist IT Consultancy & SAP Gold Partner with decades of expertise in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) & Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) delivering world-class solutions for reputed clients from oil, energy and gas sectors.

The Role

• We are looking for fresh graduates who have completed a degree in IT/Software (BSc, BEng, BTech or BIT) to join with us on full-time basis.
• We are hiring 10 freshers each for SAP ABAP and SAP Mobility / Mobile teams.
• We will provide in-house training for 3 months and conduct an assessment after and based on your performance and assessment results – convert you to a permanent employee after 3 months training period is completed.
• During the 3 months training period the designation will be Trainee Software Engineer and after made permanent it will be Associate Software Engineer.
• Skills we will look for are willingness to learn new technology / good communication skills / basic understanding of database concepts / simple Java concepts / front end technologies etc.

Location (Hybrid)

Office Address - Regus, Bernards Business Park, 2nd Floor, Dehiwala-Mount Lavinia 10350, Sri Lanka.

Compensation

• 60,000 – 80,000 LKR / month take home for first 3 months (training period)
• 80,000-120,000 LKR / month take home after you become permanent and thereafter, you will be placed on the annual increment and bonus cycle.
