We are looking for a talented Video Editor to assemble recorded footage into a finished project that matches the client's vision and is ready for use.

As a Video Editor at Upgrade, you will have the opportunity to work on different projects that will enhance your editing skills as well as the freedom to create and thrive in your career. You will be working with TOP coaches and entrepreneurs from different industries & their brands.

Ultimately, as a Film and Video Editor, you should be able to bring sight and sound together in order to tell a cohesive story.

Responsibilities

• Promotional montages (editing the content for promotion and advertising purposes)
• Podcast shooting (shooting and editing the podcast content)
• Ad videos creatives
• Intro & Outro creation for different brands/products (logo animation)
• Testimonials (shooting and editing, story creation)
• Social media video content creation (working with previously prepared content and creating 1 to 5 minutes videos)
• Interview style video montages

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Video Editor (1-2 yrs)
• Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, Premiere, After Effects and Final Cut)
• Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio
• Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation and continuity
• Familiarity with special effects, 3D and compositing
• Creative mind and storytelling skills
• Live in Dubai
• Speak at least a professional level of English
• Have your own laptop
