Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market presence in the IT software sector.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and market research.

Conduct in-depth market analysis to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities to position our software solutions effectively.

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and offering tailored software solutions to meet their business objectives.

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to key decision-makers.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional materials to generate leads and increase brand visibility.

Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, closely monitoring sales metrics and performance indicators to drive sales effectiveness.

Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular progress reports to senior management, outlining achievements, challenges, and opportunities for growth.

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments, emerging technologies, and software trends to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA would be a plus.

Proven track record of 2-3 years of experience in IT software sales, with a successful history of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Strong understanding of software products, technologies, and industry-specific solutions.

Excellent software selling skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Results-oriented and self-motivated, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and report on progress.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and address challenges effectively.
