Responsibilities

  1. Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits

  2. Demonstrating and presenting products

  3. Establishing new business

  4. Maintaining accurate records

  5. Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings

  6. Reviewing sales performance

  7. Negotiating contracts and packages

  8. Working towards monthly or annual targets.

Skills

The skills required for the Business Development Excitative role include:

Soft Skills

  1. Excellent communication skills with the ability to directly communicate with clients in Local and

overseas as required

  1. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

  2. Team player, with the ability to work well with a diverse group of people

  3. Quick learner

  4. Willingness to learn new technologies

Technical Skills

  1. 1-2 Years’ experience in Sales & Marketing of Automation Products or IT Solutions or the Medical sector.

  2. A team player who has the skills to work with local & overseas customers and people in other support

functions in the company.

  1. Ability to effectively communicate in English, excellent personality with a positive attitude and Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills

  1. Should possess strong negotiation, communication, listening and presentation skills

  2. The selected candidate will be involved in selling and marketing the company’s product solutions while

leading and motivating others.
