One of our prestigious clients experience in providing industrial solutions is looking for experienced "Junior Business Development Executives" to join their Solar Division immediately.
SALARY: Negotiable
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Initiate and follow up the sales process from the initial contact phase till closure.
- Respond to customer/ client inquiries, suggestions, complaints, and other details.
- Serve as a point of contact for customers and answer their service-related queries in person and on the phone.
- Develop and maintain productive business relationships with all prospects, partners, and clients.
- Research and analyze sales options and identify business opportunities.
- Regularly following up on inbound leads and sales inquiries.
- Pitching clients and customers to decide, buy and use the company's products.
- Generating referral business by mining existing clientele.
- Handling existing dealer points and developing dealer points.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- A degree or an equivalent qualification (CIM/ SLIM) in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
- 1 to 3 years of working experience in Sales & Marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Sinhala. Tamil is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated individual with strong business acumen, good time management, and task prioritization skills.
- Basic IT skills are a must (Email, Internet, MS Office, etc.)
- Should have a valid driving and riding license.
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a pleasing personality.
