BizGrow Digital offers digital marketing services to its clients with a difference. We focus on how online marketing translates into bookings, purchases and conversion for our clients and how their business will grow as a result. We are looking for a talented Social Media Specialist to join and lead our team.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan and execute organic and paid strategies for social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Provide helpful insight in the execution of content marketing campaigns, including strategies such as blogging and designing of content.
• Drive followers with thorough research of content ideas in popular demand and consistent message targeting.
• Provide insight and help devise content materials such as posts, visuals and ad creation.
• Identify new opportunities and best practices through consistent research and monitoring media trends.
• Manage and monitor reports to track campaign success and growth trends of clients, while formulating solutions to drive further improvement.

Requirements

• 1-3 years experience managing social media campaigns and generating high quality leads.
• High competence in Google platforms including Search Console, Ads, My Business, Analytics.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads is an advantage
• Knowledge of basic HTML & CSS, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies including ad marketing, sales funnels, viral marketing etc.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Professional Communications, Digital Technologies or a related field is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English capabilities is a must
