Key responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to customer feedback, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Work in an Agile environment to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert guidance to clients.

Who are you:

• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the technology or banking industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude.
• A team player who is committed to enhancing the customer experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Proficient in English, Turkish.
