We are looking for a dynamic individual to join one of our clients as Business Operations Manager

Designation: Business Operations Manager

Location: Colombo

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish service level agreements between internal departments for efficiency

improvements.

• Team management and workload analysis and allocation of task to team for smooth

operation.

• Ensure operation effectiveness of tender teams with price lists validation, gross profit

maintenance and timely submission of quotation in discussion with management and sales

staff.

• Provide analytics and strategies by monitoring and reporting on monthly target

achievement invoicing, inventory management and efficiency improvements and overlook

Tender information to give market insights.

• Monitoring and reporting on sales team sales target vs achievement performance.

• Carry out cost reduction initiatives in the Supply chain area to ensure set deadlines are met

for both procurement and delivery.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree or certification in relation to Business and Operations management with exposure to

Supply Chain management.

• Possess 4 years of experience in managing a diversified operation including Supply chain,

Customer relationship, Procurement, Handling of local & foreign suppliers, Tender functions

or in a similar capacity preferably in the scientific instrumentation or equipment field

• Having a MBA in Business management will be an added advantage

• Have excellent analytical and organizing skills with the ability to evaluate, review, interpret

data and should be highly self-motivated.

• Be able to demonstrate good IT skills and ability or exposure to use sophisticated ERP system

• Be able to demonstrate proven strong leadership qualities, with interpersonal and

communication skills
