Key Responsibilities

• Prepare learning, teaching, and assessment materials.
• Act as a key point of contact for students in terms of module/program-specific issues.
• Responsible for maintaining and updating the module descriptor for revalidation and review purposes.
• Set the assessment schedule for the module.
• Manage the marking process as required by Institute’s policy.
• Liaise with professional bodies (NAITA/TVEC/ PHRC etc.) in relation to module issues, as appropriate.
• Ensure all lecture notes, handouts, and any other teaching material meet the standards expected by the Institute.

• Conduct weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reviews of course delivery ensuring that the Academic Calendar is completed.

  Key Requirements

• BSc in Nursing or MD, MBBS from a recognized university / Institution.

• Minimum of 05 years experience in a similar capacity.
• Compile lesson plans and lecture notes, study materials, and assignments for courses.
• Should possess excellent communication & presentation skills.
• Ability to assist students with assignments and course work completion.
