Scope and Profile -
· Function as the primary strategic business leader of the property
· Take ownership for all aspects of the operation including guest and employee satisfaction
· Planning budgets and reforecast with the management team
· Pleasant personality with great customer service and manage expectations and delivers excellent business results
· Stay current with industry trends and monitor the strengths and weaknesses of competitors
· Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop revenue-generating strategies
· Sound food and beverage background
· Ability to organize a well-motivated team
· Knowledge on health and safety measures
· A city operation background (banquet operations, number of outlets, etc.) would be an added advantage
· Prior experience in handling a high-scale hotel operation
