This is the perfect role for someone who is experienced in graphic design and looking to apply their skills for North American clients.

Role & Responsibilities

• Designing beautiful graphics for social media, email campaigns, and other digital formats
• Adapting designs to fit specifications and sizes and ensuring they are still readable, beautiful and functional
• Coming up with creative and engaging ideas for designs, as well as providing recommendations on how to improve designs to increase clarity, visual engagement and brand distinctiveness
• Incorporating feedback and improvements into the designs
• Answering questions over email, and participating in one to two weekly meetings with the international team

This is a part time (5 to 10 hours per week), fully remote role. There are no set working hours, but meetings would usually be between 6 and 10 pm IST to coordinate across timezones.

Qualifications / Requirements:

You are a good fit for this role if you:

• Have knowledge of the principles of good visual design
• Are exceedingly detail-oriented! Your edges are always aligned; brand guidelines are always followed.
• Have a track record of good results, leading initiatives and/or working independently
• Are proactive, results-oriented and motivated to continually improve
• As this role will be mostly self-directed, organizational and time management skills will be essential to success.

Preferred Qualifications

• Social media skills are an asset (especially familiarity with the different post formats for networks like LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Experience with Canva is an asset
• Copywriting skills (in English) are an asset
