Responsibilities:
- Prepare, present and deliver strategies for talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, HRIS, talent management and performance management.
- Develop strategic plan to face the talent war, building talent pipeline and manage to retain the good talent within company.
- Responsible of handling Talent Acquisition of Professional hiring and UMC.
- Responsible for managing and improve on-boarding program and tracking new hire engagement level during the critical period of 6 months.
- Cooperate with all users in fulfill organization’s resources.
- Create employer branding strategy to attract the talent in the market.
- Cooperate with Group Head Quarter (GHQ) HR team for related matters such as workforce planning, talent acquisition, payroll, etc.
- Oversee all the activities regarding the compensation and benefit, and ensure to deliver good service level agreement to all stakeholders across the organization (local and Group Head Quarter)
- Responsible for the successful implementation, maintenance, operations, and optimization of HRIS.
- Oversee and manage a performance management system that drives high performance.
- GHQ task management: run the task from GHQ, including new system/procedure/manual application to local FRID, including internal audit handling
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years’ relevant experience in HR especially COE area, with minimum 2 years in managerial level.
- Experience working in multinational/global environment company, and familiar with matrix organization.
- The ability to work with the organization at all levels and with different backgrounds.
- High energy levels, ability to multitask, establish priorities, work independently.
- Good command of both verbal and written English.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and team member, and promote the positive and productive environment.
