Job Description

• Engage with relevant business stakeholders to establish priorities and delineate functionalities for further enhancement.
• Identify objectives, business context, pain points, and desired modifications for features.
• Communicate product roadmap and required functionalities to the development team.
• Create necessary reports or dashboards.
• Analyze problems arising from metric indicators.

• Manage product backlog and refine as needed based on performance reviews.

  Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field from a reputable institution.

• Have at least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner.
• Extensive background in IT project management and business process improvement.
• Familiarity with the IT services market and business landscape is preferred.
• Possess strong communication, interpersonal, and English language skills, both written and verbal.
