Responsibilities

• Discuss with related Business Owner to determine the priority and define the function for further development.
• Determine the objective, business background/pain point, and the features to be added/modify.
• Transfer the information on product roadmap and required function to be developed to development team.
• Develop report/dashboard as necessary.
• Conduct problem analysis resulted from the metrics’ indicator.
• Conduct product backlog and put necessary refinement as resulted from the product performance review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or Science from a reputable university.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role
• Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements and prioritize the product backlog accordingly.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Strong background in IT project management and business process improvement, with the ability to drive efficiency and deliver business value.
• Good understanding of the IT services market and industry trends is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
• Comfortable engaging with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required.
