Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a team member who is passionate about learning new technology and holding strong computer science background. Working at our development centre, you will exhibit a deep understanding of software design, development, testing and validation, be able to think like a user to define customer experience and have the capability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.

Role:

• Analyse the complex healthcare requirement for technical development.
• Motivated to work independent on small to large scale project.
• Provides technical direction for Application sub-system, research, design, analysis, testing, process improvement, and troubleshooting.
• Deliver fully tested source code complying with code quality standards.
• Identify automation opportunities and automate manual tasks.
• Collaborate, learn and teach.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software.
• Manage individual priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Build the libraries and frameworks that support large, complex web applications.
• Contribute to engineering efforts from planning and organization to execution and delivery to solve complex engineering problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor\Master Degree in Computer science only.
• Good Understanding of Algorithms and Data structures.
• Good Knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals.
• Experience with software development with Python, good to have C++
• Experience with one or more of the following areas: Server Backend Distributed and Parallel Systems, Full Stack Development (front end and backend), Scalable Enterprise Platforms and Applications, Application Security and Incident Management.
• Deep Knowledge of Multi-Threading and Asyncrounious programming.
• Knowledge about Kubernetes, Dockers or similar technologies.
• Experience with any CI/CD platform.
• Development experience with Unix/Linux.
• Ability to work with a team on complex tasks.
• Design Architecture and develop highly scalable Applications.
• Knowledge about cloud application and understanding about AWS and Azur services.
• Willing and eager to learn new technologies and programming languages.
• Minimum product dev experience of 2+ years in web/mobile startups with expertise in designing and implementing high-performance web applications.

GOOD TO HAVE:

• Good understanding of coding best practices and standards.
• Able to document user stories/use cases, functional specification and design clearly.
• Understanding & experience of Agile Development Methodology (Scrum).
• Knowledge about Machine Learning, Information Retrieval or Natural language processing.
