Fixed Term Contract/Independent Contractors

Algorithm Institute is seeking a highly motivated and experienced lecturer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction and support to students in our digital skills programs.

Responsibilities:

Delivering lectures and facilitating discussions in a variety of digital skills courses

Developing and updating course materials, including syllabi and lesson plans

Assessing student performance through exams, quizzes, and projects

Providing academic and career guidance to students

Participating in departmental meetings and professional development opportunities

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. computer science, information technology, digital marketing) or an extensive portfolio if self-taught.
• Proven teaching experience in the education setting
• Strong knowledge of digital skills, including: web development, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, digital marketing, cyber security, blockchain or robotics
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Mode: Hybrid - you will work remotely and be required to be on site some days.
