Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager, with extensive previous exposure to Casino and Sportsbook projects, to join our dynamic team. As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative products to market that meet customer needs and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of the market, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully delivering products that delight users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with company goals and customer needs. Continuously monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to refine and adjust the product strategy as needed.
• Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines the timeline and key milestones for product development. Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to drive the end-to-end product development process. Act as the central point of contact for all product-related discussions and decisions.
• Requirements Definition: Gather and analyze customer requirements and feedback to define detailed product requirements. Create clear and concise user stories, use cases, and functional specifications that guide the development process.
• Feature Development: Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure that features are developed according to specifications and within the agreed-upon timelines. Provide guidance and clarification throughout the development cycle.
• Release Management: Plan and execute product releases, coordinating with various teams to ensure a smooth launch. Conduct post-launch evaluations and gather feedback to make iterative improvements.
• Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, customer pain points, and competitive opportunities. Use insights to inform product decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
• Metrics and Analysis: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the product. Regularly analyze product performance data and user feedback to make data-driven decisions and iterate on the product.
• Stakeholder Communication: Keep stakeholders informed about the product's progress, challenges, and opportunities. Present updates and recommendations to senior management and other relevant teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience of 5+ years in product management, with a track record of delivering successful products from concept to launch.
• Strong understanding of product development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.
• Experience in Casino and Sportsbook products.
