Our property is an exclusive Extended Stay Acccommodation and Premium Co-Working Space in the eclectic bohemian area of Park Street, Colombo.

The position entails welcoming and greeting guests at the facility as well as at other times marketing of the property to potential exclusive clientele, expatriates and diplomats.

You may also check-in guests or show around prospective clients. Communication in perfectly fluent English is required through verbal, email, chat, and in-house guest systems; throughout the guests' booking and stay journey with us. Fluency in foreign languages would be an advantage.

You will be responsible for the handling of the accommodation registry and guest service technology platforms and accommodating guest needs.

Sometimes questions may be outside the operations of the facility; and this calls for versatility on the your in terms of being conversant with the surrounding area and the city as well to be able to achieve guests’ various requirements from access to events or parties.

Other roles include performing several administrative tasks like keeping all paperwork logged and filed. Planning and very good coordinating are essential skills.

Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable work & stay experience for all our guests both in our co-working spaces and extended accommodation stay apartments. As such being flexible in extending your responsibilities to accomodate demands and expectations is required.
