Job Description BDM /Sales officer/Sales Executive/sales Representative

• We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

Responsibilities :

• • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing existing customer base.
• • Increasing value of current clients while attracting new once
• • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands companys growth
• • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• • Identify emerging markets while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
• • Achieve the company's aspired Volume, Revenue & Gross Margin targets
• • Assist in developing the strategy and execution plans in conjunction with the management.
• • Generate new prospects and ensure the prospects are converted to customers within a short period
• • Communicate the Product Value Propositions to customers/prospects
• • Accurate forecasts for products sales as input to production planning
• • First point contact for complaint handling from customers

Required Candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in business,communications, marketing or related field.
• Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
• Strong communication skills and negotiation skill.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
