JOB PURPOSE

As our Chef - Business Development, your role is to create a culinary symphony that resonates with our customers, igniting their passion for our commercial kitchen solutions. YOUR ROLE

· Showcase exceptional culinary skills in hot food and bakery through captivating cooking demonstrations.

· Collaborate with the Corporate Chef to meticulously plan and execute engaging cooking demonstrations that highlight our products and services.

· Develop and refine materials for demonstrations, ensuring they are informative, visually appealing, and aligned with our brand identity.

· Drive culinary innovation by creating new recipes, concepts, and items that exemplify the versatility and quality of our offerings.

· Provide culinary expertise to the sales team, enhancing client interactions and contributing to business development efforts.

· Foster an inviting and enjoyable atmosphere during demonstrations, interacting with customers to answer inquiries and create memorable culinary experiences.

· Plan and coordinate culinary activities, hotel visits, and industry events to showcase our products and establish our brand's culinary leadership.

· Monitor ingredient and raw material stocks, placing timely orders within budget constraints to ensure smooth demonstration execution.

· Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing and business development, to align culinary initiatives with company goals.

· Maintain awareness of industry trends and customer preferences to continually enhance our culinary offerings and presentations.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

· A minimum of 5 years of culinary experience in hotels, resorts, or restaurants.

· A recognized diploma or NVQ 4 in commercial cookery.

· Previous experience with instructional and kitchen demonstrations is a plus.

· Strong communication skills to captivate and engage our customers.
