Qualifications and Experience

· A degree or equivalent qualification with emphasis on Entrepreneurship or Business Development.

· Some working experience with SMEs / Entrepreneurs.

· An entrepreneurial attitude / mind-set, and passion for working with SMEs/Entrepreneurs.

· Keen attention to detail, accuracy and functionality

· Strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills.

· Extreme pride in their work and in customer satisfaction.

· Have strong organisational skills to manage multiple timelines and be able to work to strict time deadlines.

· Quick to learn and able to move with the times.

· Have a long term perspective on career progression, and be willing to work in a dynamic environment where new ideas are being explored, and boundaries re-defined.

· Willing to work for a low basic salary, no frills but with a high performance-driven component and great future prospects
