Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure that the outlet is visually appealing, merchandise is displayed effectively, and the store maintains brand standards.
- Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, and assist in stock-taking activities.
- Foster a customer-centric environment by providing excellent customer service and resolving any customer issues or complaints.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales goals.
- Train and develop staff to enhance their product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role with exposure to international fashion brands.
- A diploma or equivalent qualification in marketing or a related field.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage store operations efficiently.
