As a Content Creator, you will play a pivotal role in our marketing efforts by crafting high-quality content that resonates with our target audience and supports our overall marketing strategy. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing Coordinator and Marketing Manager to align content creation with marketing initiatives and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

· Content Creation:

o Develop engaging and persuasive content assets to support sales efforts, including sales collateral, presentations, and product documentation.

o Create downloadable resources such as eBooks, whitepapers, templates, and infographics to generate leads and educate our audience.

o Craft well-researched and informative blog posts on relevant industry topics to drive website traffic and establish thought leadership.

o Gather and compile success stories and case studies that highlight our clients' achievements and showcase the value of our products or services.

o Utilise desktop publishing software (e.g., InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma) to create visually appealing and professionally designed content materials.

· Collaboration:

o Work closely with the Marketing Coordinator to align content creation with marketing campaigns and strategies.

o Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to marketing initiatives.

o Provide content support for email marketing campaigns, social media efforts, and PPC advertising as needed.

· Content Optimisation:

o Optimise content for SEO to improve organic search rankings and increase visibility.

o Analyse content performance using analytics tools and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

o Ensure consistency in brand voice, style, and messaging across all content assets.

Qualifications:

· Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

· Proven experience as a content creator, copywriter, or similar role for a minimum of 3 years.

· Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a strong attention to detail.

· Proficiency in desktop publishing tools such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma, with the ability to create visually compelling content materials.

· Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and familiarity with SEO best practices.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take constructive feedback.

· Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
