Implementation of Healthcare service protocols -KPI 1 -30% (evaluated by random audit reports format)
Training and development
Operational-nonclinical activities related to OPD/ETU -KPI 2- 30% (assed through monthly
Report formats infrastructure status, machine functionality, stocks)
KPI 3 – 40% patient and revenue target (monthly report by finance) + complaints (consolidated EMC reports)
Key Requirements
• 3 years Nursing Diploma
• 10 years experience in a hospital OPD/ETU OR 20 years experience in a hospital with not less than 50 BEDS with letters ofconfirmation
