Scattered Harvest (SH) is a United Arab Emirates (UAE) based organization that sources premium fresh produce and FMCG products internationally. As the company expands its operations, we are looking to grow our team to support our global operations.

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our dynamic team as Supply Chain - Lead in the Philippines. The Supply Chain - Lead will be responsible for leading the end-to-end supply chain operations in the Philippines, ensuring that the flow of products meet the demand on a timely manner at the right price and quality. The products will include, but are not limited to, Tender Coconut, Coconut, Mango, Dragon Fruit, Pineapple and other agricultural produce and FMCG products. You will work closely with various teams, including sales, logistics and finance, to ensure seamless delivery of products to the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of products and materials.

Analyse and establish local suppliers aligning with our demand forecasts while minimizing or having no excess inventory.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports to track supply chain performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.

Handle customer inquiries and issues related to product complaints and provide solutions promptly.

Coordinate and optimize transportation and distribution processes to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency, where required.

Assist with the implementation of new supply chain technologies and systems to streamline operations.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.

Pre-Requisites / Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

Experience in sourcing and exporting Tender Coconut, Coconut, Mango, Dragon Fruit, Pineapple and other Agricultural produce and FMCG products will be an added advantage.

Ability to travel locally.

Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in exports, sourcing, supply chain integration or related roles.

Strong understanding of export procedures and supply chain integration.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, etc., and strong analytical skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with suppliers, and internal teams.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in fast-paced environments.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
