InGame Esports is on the lookout for an inventive, Colombo-based Creative Strategist with the flexibility to work remotely. This full-time role centers on leading our creative team to craft compelling videos that elevate brands through captivating visuals and stories. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership skills with a passion for writing, storytelling and innovative thinking.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute impactful, audience-centric creative strategies.
• Lead creative scripting and ideation, ensuring clear, engaging narratives.
• Oversee project timelines, providing campaign direction and cohesive brand storytelling.
• Guide branding initiatives, crafting messaging that resonates with our audience.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Creative Direction, Creative Strategy, and Branding.
• Strong creative writing and storytelling abilities.
• Proven experience in leading and managing creative projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
• Familiarity with the Games & Esports industry is a plus.
