About the Role

As a Web UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in designing intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences. You will collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer, Head of Technology, developers, and clients to transform ideas into visually compelling and highly functional interfaces. Your work will span across web applications, landing pages, eCommerce platforms, SaaS products, and mobile-responsive designs.

This is a fully remote role, allowing you to work from home or a co-working space if preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for websites and web applications.
• Develop and maintain design systems and UI components to ensure consistency across platforms.
• Conduct user research, analyze user behavior, and apply insights to enhance UX design.
• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of UI designs.
• Create interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Optimize designs for usability, accessibility, and responsiveness.
• Stay updated with UI/UX best practices, trends, and emerging technologies.
• Use ClickUp to manage tasks, track progress, and ensure transparency across the team.

About You

• Experience: Minimum of 2+ years as a UI/UX designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Prototyping & Wireframing: Ability to create interactive wireframes and prototypes using Figma or Adobe XD.
• User Research & Testing: Experience in conducting user research, A/B testing, and usability testing.
• Responsive Design: Strong understanding of mobile-first design and cross-device compatibility.
• Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to UI design, ensuring pixel-perfect execution.
• Problem-Solving: A user-focused mindset with the ability to solve design challenges creatively.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with developers, marketers, and clients.
• Team Player: Enthusiastic, collaborative, and eager to contribute to innovative digital projects.
