About the Role

As a Front-End Web Developer, you will be responsible for developing visually stunning and high-performing websites across multiple platforms, including WordPress, Wix, Webflow, Shopify, and custom HTML solutions. Your work will primarily involve design development, ensuring seamless user experiences, responsiveness, and aesthetic appeal. You will collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and clients to bring creative concepts to life.

This is a fully remote role, allowing you to work from home or a co-working space if preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive, high-quality websites on WordPress, Wix, Webflow, Shopify, and custom HTML/CSS frameworks.
• Implement modern UI frameworks and advanced animations using tools like Framer, GSAP (GreenSock), Three.js, and Lottie.
• Optimize website performance, ensuring fast load times and smooth interactions.
• Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX wireframes into functional websites.
• Ensure websites are cross-browser and mobile-friendly.
• Utilize the latest front-end development technologies and trends, such as Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, React.js (if required), and Headless CMS solutions.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, design trends, and best practices in web development.
• Work with APIs, third-party integrations, and automation tools to enhance website functionalities.
• Use ClickUp for task management and project tracking.

About You

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years as a front-end web developer with a strong portfolio showcasing website development projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, GSAP, and Framer.
• Platform Expertise: Strong experience with WordPress (custom themes & page builders), Webflow, Wix, and Shopify.
• Design & Animation: Experience implementing advanced animations, micro-interactions, and dynamic UI effects.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to replicate designs with pixel-perfect accuracy.
• Performance Optimization: Understanding of website speed optimization, SEO best practices, and accessibility standards.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a creative mindset.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
