Overview:
As a Product Marketer at Code94 Labs, you will be the bridge between our product team and our customers. Your mission? To deeply understand clients' products, research their market, develop strategic messaging, craft compelling narratives, successfully launch new products, and drive growth. You'll work closely with marketing managers and designers to create and execute marketing strategies that get our products into the hands of the right users. The goal is to drive demand, ensure strong product positioning, and maintain customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Research & User Insights
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor positioning.
- Perform customer segmentation and identify ideal personas to refine marketing strategies.
- Gather user feedback and behavioral data to shape marketing messaging and content strategies.
- Identify market gaps and new opportunities for product positioning and growth.
2. Product Positioning & Messaging
- Craft clear, compelling messaging that communicates the unique value of client products.
- Ensure consistent product messaging across digital marketing, sales collateral, and customer interactions.
- Develop a strong brand narrative that highlights the product’s benefits in a competitive landscape.
3. Develop and Execute Go-to-Market Strategies
- Plan and execute GTM strategies to drive awareness, demand, and user acquisition for client products.
- Manage product launches, ensuring cross-functional alignment between teams.
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, and performance marketers to develop high-impact campaigns.
- Optimize marketing strategies based on performance metrics and audience insights.
4. Content Strategy, Keyword Research & SEO Optimization
- Keyword Research & SEO Strategy:
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-value search terms that align with audience intent.
- Develop an SEO strategy to enhance organic search rankings and increase content visibility.
- Implement on-page SEO best practices, including metadata optimization, internal linking, and schema markup.
- Content Pillars & Clusters:
- Define content pillars that support the brand’s core messaging and audience needs.
- Develop content clusters around key topics, ensuring interconnected blog posts, case studies, and landing pages.
- Align content marketing efforts with search intent to drive organic traffic and improve user engagement.
- Content Creation & Execution:
- Work with the content team to create blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, videos, and other marketing assets.
- Develop a content calendar that aligns with product launches, industry trends, and customer interests.
- Optimize content for readability, engagement, and conversion across multiple channels.
5. Performance Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and display networks.
- Use A/B testing to refine ad creatives, audience segments, and campaign strategies.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, conversion rates) to maximize ROI.
- Continuously experiment with messaging, creatives, and placement to improve engagement and conversion rates.
6. Sales Enablement & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Equip client sales teams with sales decks, pitch materials, FAQs, and case studies to drive conversions.
- Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure a consistent and effective product narrative.
- Gather insights from sales and customer interactions to refine messaging, campaigns, and positioning.
7. Customer Engagement & Advocacy
- Develop strategies to increase customer engagement and brand loyalty.
- Work with clients to create customer success stories, testimonials, and user-generated content.
- Engage with media, influencers, and industry leaders to expand brand visibility.
8. Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to optimize efforts.
- Track KPIs and use analytics tools to refine positioning, messaging, and marketing strategies.
- Conduct A/B tests across different marketing assets and strategies to improve results.
