As we scale, we’re looking for an HR & Recruitment Executive to take ownership of our hiring process and employee management. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the founders, play a key role in shaping our company culture, and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Hiring:
- Post job descriptions on LinkedIn and Roster.
- Answer candidate inquiries via email and phone.
- Review applications, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial phone screenings.
- Assess candidates' language skills and remote work setup.
- Schedule and coordinate Zoom interviews for final rounds.
Onboarding & Employee Support:
- Guide new hires through onboarding, ensuring smooth integration into our workflow.
- Manage employee records and HR documentation.
- Provide support for employee concerns and escalate when necessary.
Payroll & HR Administration:
- Prepare and send salary slips.
- Update payroll data in our accounting software.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and ensure HR best practices.
Work Culture & Operations:
- Help maintain a positive and efficient remote work environment.
- Assist with future training schedules and other HR-related improvements.

Requirements:**
- At least 1 year of experience in HR, recruitment, or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills, especially in English & Sinhala.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Familiarity with payroll and HR processes (experience with accounting software is a plus).
