Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination

• Coordinate daily tasks and track project progress across departments.
• Audit timelines and identify off-track projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Assist with the launch and execution of new initiatives.

Operational Efficiency

• Identify and improve inefficiencies in internal workflows.
• Optimize processes to enhance team productivity and performance.

Cross-Department Collaboration

• Work closely with finance, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Jump on calls with Web3 partners and internal stakeholders to drive alignment and execution.
