The Role

We are currently looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join HRC focused on Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) technology automations and solutions.

The Shift

Work Week: Monday to Friday | Shift (Day Time): 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM Other Features: Full-time / US calendar applicable

Role Profile

  • Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for APIs, web applications, and databases.
  • Perform various types of testing, including Functional (System, Integration, Regression) and Non-Functional (Performance, Stress, Database) testing.
  • Develop and maintain Test Automation Frameworks, leveraging appropriate code libraries to enhance testing efficiency.
  • Utilize tools like Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, and Java to implement and maintain automated test scripts.
  • Collaborate with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure thorough testing coverage.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution using defect-tracking tools.
  • Analyse test results, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve application quality.
  • Ensure adherence to quality assurance best practices and standards throughout the SDLC.

Person Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years’ work experience out of which at least two years of experience is in automated testing.
  • Eye for detail, catching bugs/issues/improvement areas.
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Postman, or similar for defect tracking and API testing.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to provide in detail feedback and improvement points of the application.
  • Capacity to gather feedback and share the exact with the development team.
  • Excellent coordination and documenting skills.
  • The ability to see the application as a user.
