Benchmark Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and certified NACE Inspector for our esteemed client in the Oil & Gas industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements related to corrosion control and protective coatings.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform coating inspections to verify compliance with NACE standards and project specifications.

· Conduct surface preparation inspections, wet and dry film thickness measurements, adhesion testing, and holiday detection.

· Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and industry codes related to protective coatings.

· Prepare and maintain detailed inspection reports, documentation, and quality records.

· Identify and report non-conformities, recommend corrective actions, and ensure proper implementation.

· Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure quality control and compliance.

· Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations within the worksite.

Requirements:

· NACE Coating Inspector Certification (Level 1, 2, or 3) (Specify required level based on client’s needs).

· Minimum 6 years of experience in coating inspection within the Oil & Gas or related industry.

· Strong knowledge of industry standards such as NACE, SSPC, ISO, and ASTM.

· Familiarity with various coating systems, application methods, and corrosion protection techniques.

· Excellent report-writing and communication skills.

· Ability to work in offshore/onshore environments as required.

· Valid certifications in HSE, Confined Space Entry, and Work at Heights (preferred).
