Key Responsibilities

Web3 Technology Research
- Deep-dive into Web3 technologies, including token standards, L2s, ZK-rollups, DAOs, and beyond.
- Track emerging trends in Web3 security, DeFi exploits, and smart contract vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with top Web3 companies to build real-world hacking and security challenges.
Collaboration & Best Practices
- Work alongside senior blockchain engineers (8+ years of experience) to refine best practices in smart contract development and security.
- Contribute to the development of cutting-edge tools and techniques for Web3 innovation.
Independent Problem-Solving
- Navigate the challenges of Web3’s evolving landscape, where documentation is often limited, by independently researching and solving complex problems.
