Job Summary:

Benchmark Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Painting Supervisor for a leading client in the Oil & Gasindustry. The ideal candidate will oversee painting operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all painting activities, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines.
• Monitor surface preparation, coating applications, and curing processes per industry standards.
• Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environmental) regulations and company safety policies.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks to meet client and regulatory requirements.
• Manage and train painting teams, assigning tasks and ensuring optimal productivity.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain records of materials, equipment, and project progress.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in industrial painting, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Strong knowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation, and coating applications.
• Familiarity with international coating standards
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
