Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned the brand goals and objectives.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Identify and define target audiences to tailor content effectively.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and customer feedback.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and technologies.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns to boost brand visibility and engagement.
  • Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive relationships with followers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
