Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned the brand goals and objectives.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Identify and define target audiences to tailor content effectively.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and customer feedback.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and technologies.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns to boost brand visibility and engagement.
- Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive relationships with followers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Experience with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
