Key Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential delegates through research, lead generation and build relationship.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve delegate acquisition/sales goals.
• Conduct outreach via phone, email, and other communication channels to promote event attendance.
• Provide detailed information about event agendas, speakers, and benefits to prospective delegates.
• Collaborate with the marketing and event production teams to ensure seamless delegates’ experience.
• Track and report on sales performance, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills are mandatory with interpersonal skills, with the ability to make outbound calls to very senior people.
• Minimum 6 months to 2 years’ proven experience in sales, preferably in event management or B2B sector.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Age between 20 - 30 years professional candidates are encouraged to apply.
