We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts and build a high-performing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent, ensuring our company meets its staffing needs efficiently and effectively. You will also manage a team of recruiters, working closely with hiring managers to align recruitment initiatives with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to extending offers and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, setting performance targets and ensuring compliance with hiring processes.
Build and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various roles, particularly in the Retail Sales division.
Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop customized recruitment plans.
Monitor key recruitment metrics and continuously optimize the hiring process for efficiency and effectiveness.
Enhance employer branding efforts to position the company as a top employer in the industry.
Oversee employee offboarding to ensure a seamless and respectful transition.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on the Retail Sales division in industries such as startups, beauty, or FMCG.
3+ years of managerial experience, with a proven track record of leading and developing recruitment teams.
Strong ability to source, engage, and recruit top talent in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and senior management.
A proactive, results-driven mindset with a strong commitment to achieving recruitment goals.
Willingness to work on-site in BGC under a Work-from-Office (WFO) scheme.
Availability to join immediately is preferred.
