We are seeking a visionary and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our company toward sustainable growth and enhanced competitiveness. This position is responsible for designing and implementing long-term business strategies, ensuring operational efficiency, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of breakthrough fertilizer solutions to drive market innovation.

• Develop and implement long-term business strategies to ensure company growth and profitability.

• Manage company finances, including investment, profitability, and operational efficiency.

• Lead and oversee change management, digital transformation, and business innovation.

• Analyze industry trends, technology advancements, and market disruptions, and align business strategies accordingly.

• Drive mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and fundraising efforts to support business expansion.

• Foster and uphold a value-driven corporate culture, enhancing employee productivity and loyalty.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree/MBA is preferred.

• Experience: 8+ years in a senior leadership position, with a proven track record of managing and growing a company in business development field.

• Product expertise: Fertilizer and/or organic fertilizer.

• Technical Knowledge: Expertise in sourcing, procuring, and assessing waste materials for cost-effective, efficient, and profitable waste-to-fertilizer conversion.

• Customer Expertise: Strong relationships with key long-term buyers in reclamation, mining, palm plantations, and related industries.

• Strategic Vision: Ability to drive sustainable business growth and improve the company’s competitive edge.

• Leadership: Exceptional leadership skills, with experience in innovation.

• Business Acumen: Deep understanding of business operations, finance, marketing, HR, and risk management.

• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in expansion strategy, market analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
