We are seeking a visionary and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our company toward sustainable growth and enhanced competitiveness. This position is responsible for designing and implementing long-term business strategies, ensuring operational efficiency, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop a robust and efficient manufacturing system to support the fertilizer and energy businesses, ensuring seamless integration with the holding’s vision for a sustainable and scalable ecosystem.
Develop and implement long-term business strategies to ensure company growth.
Manage company finances, including investment, profitability, and operational efficiency.
Lead and oversee change management, digital transformation, and business innovation.
Analyze industry trends, technology advancements, and market disruptions, and align business strategies accordingly.
Foster and uphold a value-driven corporate culture, enhancing employee productivity and loyalty.
Qualifications:
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree/MBA is preferred.
Experience: 8+ years in a senior leadership position, with a proven track record of managing and growing a company.
Technical expertise: Fully understood on factory and engineering within fertilizer or energy industries
Leadership: Exceptional leadership skills, with experience in change management and business transformation.
Business Acumen: Deep understanding of business operations, finance, marketing, HR, and risk management.
Communication & Innovation: Results-oriented with strong negotiation skills.
Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of industry-specific regulations and business laws.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel for business purposes and work in a dynamic business environment.
