We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee the financial health of our company. This role is responsible for financial planning, investment management, risk assessment, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership background and a proven track record in financial strategy and corporate growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and long-term profitability.

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure financial stability and efficiency.

• Manage cash flow, capital structure, and funding strategies to optimize financial performance.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.

• Provide strategic guidance on M&A activities, investment opportunities, and expansion plans.

• Lead and manage internal & external audits, financial risk assessments, and regulatory compliance.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors, and key stakeholders.

• Drive digital finance transformation and implement modern financial technologies to enhance operational efficiency.

• Supervise financial reporting and corporate governance to ensure transparency and accountability.

• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a high-performance and compliance-oriented culture.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree/MBA is preferred.

• Experience: 8+ years in the finance sector, with 3+ years in an executive or managerial position.

• Product expertise: Renewable energy, mass, hydrogen, or sustainable energy sectors.

• Financial Strategy: Proven experience in strategic financial management, financial planning, and investment management.

• Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of financial regulations, taxation, accounting standards (IFRS, PSAK, GAAP), and financial reporting.

• Financial Analysis: Expertise in cash flow management, budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial analysis.

• Leadership & Problem-Solving: Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and negotiation skills with investors and financial institutions.

• Dynamic & Results-Oriented: Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex, and results-driven business environment.

• Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A): Experience in managing corporate investments, M&A transactions, and business expansion strategies.

• Capital Structure & Funding: Expertise in capital structuring, funding strategies, loans, and financial planning.
