We are seeking a Chief of Administration to oversee and optimize corporate administration, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the company. This role will be responsible for managing human resources, financial resources, and logistics, as well as implementing policies to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess strong leadership skills, and be able to coordinate across departments to support the overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee corporate administration, ensuring the efficient management of human resources, financial resources, and logistics.
Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
Coordinate with other departments to streamline business processes and enhance overall operations.
Supervise human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and workforce management.
Manage financial resources, ensuring proper allocation and utilization of budgets.
Oversee logistics operations, ensuring timely procurement and distribution of necessary resources.
Conduct research and analysis to improve administrative functions and support company growth.
Ensure compliance with corporate governance, policies, and legal requirements.
Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment, enhancing team productivity and business performance.
Qualifications:
Experience: 6+ years in administrative management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Expertise in production of machinery in manufacturing field is preferred.
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to structure and oversee corporate administration, including HR, finance, and logistics.
Leadership & Communication: Effective leadership, strong communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
Time Management: Excellent ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources efficiently, and ensure smooth business operations.
Policy & Process Implementation: Experience in researching, developing, and implementing company policies to improve efficiency.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and decision-making skills to optimize administrative functions.
Collaboration: Ability to work closely with operations, finance, HR, and other departments to align business functions.
