Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers regarding inquiries, orders, and support issues.
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English & Sinhala
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work on a roster basis, including weekends.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
