Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers regarding inquiries, orders, and support issues.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English & Sinhala
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work on a roster basis, including weekends.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
