Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the payroll team to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing for business units within the SLA.
- Manage workload distribution and ensure seamless handling.
- Ensure any inquiries or concerns raised are addressed immediately.
- Oversee and perform end-to-end payroll processes, specifically on the SAP platform and other banking platforms.
- Ensure the team adheres to all relevant regulations, complies with applicable policies, and maintains accuracy in all transactions.
- Work closely with management to enhance the payroll process, aiming for improved efficiency and streamlined operations.
- Maintain contingencies and backup plans to ensure a smooth and seamless process.

- Provide insights and reporting to senior management to support decision-making and commercial strategies.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions for greater efficiency and accuracy.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in HRM or a relevant field. Full / Part Professional Qualification in HRM preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in Payroll processing, including salary calculations, tax deductions, statutory payments, bonus calculations, and year- end processing.
- Experience in handling a team and managing client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 1 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in SAP will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling payroll information.
