• Monitor and analyse social media metrics, website traffic, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and optimize strategies.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies and identify emerging trends.
• Collaborate closely with our team on various projects and initiatives, contributing creative ideas and executing tasks efficiently.
• Assist in the management of paid advertising campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, and performance monitoring.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree or a recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Demonstrated passion for digital marketing and a strong desire to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient in utilizing social media platforms and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, social media advertising platforms).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
• Creative and innovative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic.
• Fluency in Sinhala and Tamil is advantageous.
