Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Operations Intern to support the day-to-day administrative and operational activities at Mogo Media Academy. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to gain hands-on experience in operational management within the education and media industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily academy operations, including scheduling and coordination.
• Support student enrollment, documentation, and database management.
• Coordinate with instructors and staff to ensure smooth class execution.
• Assist in organizing workshops, events, and career guidance programs.
• Handle inquiries from students and parents, providing necessary information.
• Support procurement processes for educational materials and operational supplies.
• Assist in maintaining academy facilities and liaising with vendors when required.
• Prepare reports, track attendance, and ensure compliance with academy guidelines.
• Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional activities.
• Any other administrative or operational duties as assigned by the management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Business Administration, Management, Media Studies, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good communication skills in English and Sinhala/Tamil.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
• A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Passion for education and media-related industries is a plus.
