Role Overview

As an Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving marketing, student outreach, and industry partnerships. This position is not just about traditional marketing but about creating meaningful connections that help the academy grow and thrive. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase student enrollments and expand brand visibility.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, universities, and corporate partners for outreach and collaborations.
• Manage and enhance social media presence, ensuring engagement and interaction with potential students.
• Organize and promote career guidance workshops, industry networking events, and educational seminars.
• Collaborate with TV Derana’s media network to create high-impact promotional content.
• Identify and develop sponsorship and scholarship opportunities to attract talented students.
• Work closely with internal teams to design brochures, newsletters, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Track and analyze marketing efforts, providing insights and recommendations for continuous growth.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• A degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Media Studies, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong passion for education, media, and creative industries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills in English and Sinhala/Tamil.
• Experience in digital marketing, event management, or sales is an advantage.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop innovative outreach approaches.
• Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and digital marketing tools (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
