Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a global HR strategy aligned with the company’s objectives.
  • Partner with leadership to plan and implement workforce strategies, including
  • succession planning and leadership development.
  • Lead the recruitment process, collaborating with department heads to fulfill staffing needs.
  • Design and oversee training programs that support professional growth and align with organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations across all regions.
  • Regularly update HR policies to reflect changes in legislation and industry standards.
  • Conduct audits to verify adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Develop initiatives to improve employee satisfaction, morale, and retention.
  • Address employee concerns and mediate conflicts with professionalism and discretion.
  • Manage the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a
  • Monitor key HR metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional HR certifications (CIPM) are an advantage.
  • 7+ years of experience in a Human Resources role.
  • Strong understanding of Sri Lankan labor law and regulations.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to handle employee issues with discretion and professionalism
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
