Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a global HR strategy aligned with the company’s objectives.
- Partner with leadership to plan and implement workforce strategies, including
- succession planning and leadership development.
- Lead the recruitment process, collaborating with department heads to fulfill staffing needs.
- Design and oversee training programs that support professional growth and align with organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations across all regions.
- Regularly update HR policies to reflect changes in legislation and industry standards.
- Conduct audits to verify adherence to policies and procedures.
- Develop initiatives to improve employee satisfaction, morale, and retention.
- Address employee concerns and mediate conflicts with professionalism and discretion.
- Manage the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a
- Monitor key HR metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional HR certifications (CIPM) are an advantage.
- 7+ years of experience in a Human Resources role.
- Strong understanding of Sri Lankan labor law and regulations.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to handle employee issues with discretion and professionalism
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
