Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the branch.
- Manage student intakes by planning, monitoring, coordinating, and enforcing procedures.
- Lead student recruitment efforts and ensure branch targets are met.
- Supervise and guide staff to maintain high standards of service.
- Implement strategies to improve student enrollment and retention.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and procedures.
- Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders.
- Work during weekends as needed to support operational requirements.
Key Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized university/institute.
- 2-3 years of experience in the service industry (education sector experience is an advantage).
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong command of English
- Ability to work during weekends.
