Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the branch.
  • Manage student intakes by planning, monitoring, coordinating, and enforcing procedures.
  • Lead student recruitment efforts and ensure branch targets are met.
  • Supervise and guide staff to maintain high standards of service.
  • Implement strategies to improve student enrollment and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with institutional policies and procedures.
  • Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders.
  • Work during weekends as needed to support operational requirements.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized university/institute.
  • 2-3 years of experience in the service industry (education sector experience is an advantage).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong command of English
  • Ability to work during weekends.
