Job Profile
The Associate Financial Planning role involves supporting onshore financial teams and stakeholders by managing client communications, compiling information, and handling essential documentation. This position requires coordinating with various financial institutions and product providers through calls to gather data, simultaneously working across multiple systems to ensure clients and stakeholders receive seamless service.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with various financial institutions and product providers onshore via calls to compile information
- Simultaneously work with multiple systems to provide support to the clients and onshore stakeholders
- Preparation of annual review document packs, application forms and other important documents
- Entering Data into CRMs and checking the accuracy of the data
- Collaborate with functional teams and onshore stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives
- Meet the defined turnaround times and other KPIs set for different tasks
Qualifications & Experience
- HND or Diploma in Management or similar field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite and Salesforce is preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a contact center or BPO would be an added advantage
