Job Description:

As an Online Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients through live chat. You will serve as the face of our company, interacting with patients from the comfort of their own homes. You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our patients' oral health and overall experience with Northern Dental Group.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to patient inquiries and concerns through the chat platform in a timely and professional manner

• Provide accurate and helpful information about our services, policies, and procedures

• Schedule appointments for patients with the appropriate dental office

• Assist with patient registration and insurance verification

• Handle and resolve patient complaints or issues

• Monitor and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor

• Build and maintain strong relationships with patients to promote patient loyalty and retention

• Stay up-to-date with the latest dental technology and services offered by Northern Dental Group to accurately answer patient questions and promote our services

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless patient experience across all platforms

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to multitask and handle multiple chats simultaneously

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet

• Proficient in computer and typing skills

• Friendly and empathetic with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
